WINE Discover the world of the most appreciated Italian sparkling wine! Sign up for one of the tastings conducted by professional sommeliers to discover the rich world of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and be surprised by its diversity! You will have the opportunity to meet and talk to 16 Prosecco producers who will come to Krakow especially for you to present their outstanding wine. |
FOOD Wino w Willi is not only bubbles, it is also an Italian celebration of food! Italian cheeses and hams from Fattorie Del Duca, Neapolitan street food - pizza portafoglio from the iconic old En Plato, fritto misto, fresh oysters and grilled swordfish from The Gifts of Poseidon, as well as gelato from Donizetti Ice Cream Shop will be waiting for you. There will also be a live cooking show during the festival - especially for this occasion, our favorite Italian chef Luca Dal Col will cook pasta and risotto in a cheese wheel for the festival guests! |
ENTERTAINMENT Wine and food are not the only attractions waiting for you! On July 13, Matteo Brunetti, finalist of the 6th edition of Masterchef and author of the book "Włoska uczta", will sign his book for you during an author's meeting, and in the evening you will have the opportunity to dance during the Italodisco Party! You will have the opportunity to admire the wonders of Italian automotive (and who knows, maybe you will even win a ride in an iconic Lamborghini through the streets of Krakow?). We also took care of the youngest - a professional animator will take care of the children throughout the festival - the festival is open to everyone, regardless of age! |

They will fly to Krakow especially from Italy and during this extraordinary weekend they will make sure that you can experience the real taste and authentic bubbles that have made this most popular sparkling wine famous all over the world.

The festival includes workshops for adults, animations for children, a meeting with the author with a TV star, but above all - a picnic atmosphere for everyone!

About Villa Decius
Villa Decius is a place rich in history and tradition. Its history was intertwined with the history of Poland and the fate of great families, making the Villa a witness of great events, sublime moments and historical changes. Over the centuries, Villa Decius had moments of splendor and glory, but it also fell into ruin and oblivion many times. However, it never lost its spirit and the original idea of Justus Decius of Alsace and his son Louis Decius the Younger to make the Villa a place for the exchange of ideas and a haven of tolerance and freedom.
At the beginning of 2019, in the historic Villa Decius palace complex, a new municipal institution was established by resolution of the Krakow City Council - the Villa Decius Cultural Institute. The Institute creates a multidimensional space conducive to the integration and development of Krakow's inhabitants through the international exchange of good practices, supporting openness and creativity, as well as ongoing educational activities. The Institute's projects share a common denominator - cultural heritage, which is inextricably linked with Krakow and the Renaissance Villa Decius.
